1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use and Content Safety Policy explains what kinds of content may not be uploaded, requested, processed, or generated on PixelMax. It applies to every user, every workspace, every API request, and every AI-assisted editing flow available through our platform. For a complete list of the underlying AI models used to power these features and their providers, please see our AI Models and Service Providers Disclosure.

We use automated safety checks and manual review processes to prevent prohibited content from being generated. Requests that violate this policy may be blocked, accounts may be limited or suspended, and severe abuse may be reported where legally required.

5. Enforcement and Review

We reserve the right to block requests, remove generated outputs, freeze credits associated with abuse, suspend accounts, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, payment partners, and the integrity of the platform.

Safety decisions may be based on automated moderation signals, repeat abuse patterns, user reports, or manual review. Payment disputes or fraud signals connected to prohibited use may result in additional account restrictions.
